“Now I can eat with joy instead of eating to seek joy.”
“I had a hard time untangling myself from All or Nothing Dieting at first…
I struggled to believe the concepts like:
- Not being tied to a scripted meal plan.
- Not talking tough to myself like “no excuses” or “don’t be lazy”.
- Not weighing every day.
- Not giving up ice cream or tortilla chips forever.
- Not believing I would have to pay lifetime membership with Company A, Company B or Company C to lose the weight forever.”

“But Cassie Christopher’s skills and strengths carried me to a better understanding of why I eat my emotions along with foods that make me feel sluggish, depressed, or not my best self.
My favorite takeaway from this experience (which is tough to choose because there are so many) is that NOW I speak kindly to myself, whether I’m looking in the mirror or the refrigerator, while remaining supportively curious about what I am eating or craving and when.
I have lost 13 lbs without feeling deprived or obsessively tracking and I am confident that my body will continue to release the weight.
Now, I can eat with joy instead of eating to seek joy.”

“[I loved] working with a Registered Dietitian that did not make me feel judged and like a failure!”
“Cassie Christopher’s approach is SO refreshing. If you want to eat something, eat it and really enjoy it! Wow! That is completely freeing. Absence of judgment and deprivation work so well for my well-being!!
Cassie’s style is relaxed and understanding and she’s been there so has the personal understanding, but also the credentials to help. But she is unlike any other RD I have ever met and that made a huge difference to me. The structure of the program combined with the calls as well as the group just covered all bases. It’s like coming at this struggle from all angles with an amazing guide.”
